Ask about our Rehearsal Dinner / Welcome Party Package! Dinner and/or apps for the rehearsal party followed by an open invite for drinks for those in the area attending the wedding. This has been an extremely popular and fun package to include and engage out-of-town family and friends who traveled for your big day!
How it works
Our catering team is eager to assist with your bar service needs! After you fill out the inquiry form below, a member of our team will reach out to ensure all your needs are met. In the meantime, here is a simple breakdown of how the pricing works.
Bar Type
Cash Bar: Guests pay for their own drinks via cash or card via our mobile sales device. You are reimbursed the prepaid drink deposit up to 100%
Open Bar: Guests drink for free, you a billed a per person fee prior to event
Open Consumption Bar: Guests drink “for free”, you are billed for consumption at a flat rate per drink following the event
Bar Setup Fee
The bar setup fee is $150. This is a standard fee that covers the setup and teardown of the bar and is a number we strive to keep well below our competitors. Our catering team will work with you to determine what type of beer, wine, & liquor you’d like available for your event.
Labor & Gratuity
Determined by staffing needs for your event and its duration
Enjoy premium craft beer from stiggs
Easy drinking light lagers. Bitter IPA’s. Flavorful wheat ales. Hearty stouts. All on tap, made locally, and at an affordable price. There’s no more excuse to serve cheap grocery store beer at your event! Included in the bar setup fee is two stiggs beers on tap via our mobile jockey box.
A third beer may be added for an additional $50 setup fee

Make the party one to remember with our 1967 Chevy Pickup—equipped with a draft pouring system! Fresh craft beer, served on tap….on wheels!
